Terror has set in as a man identified as Nicholas Brooks from Ohio has been arrested after being accused twice of trespassing the California home of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in December last year.
Brooks has been known to have a criminal history including a random lawful offence attack unrelated to the incident.
The 37-year-old was accused of intrusion and was booked in prison. At present, he is not in custody.
