Our ultimate goal is to raise 10 billion happy and wholesome people around the world who are living a life of meaning and purpose.
How do you solve your customer’s challenge?
We meet, they speak, we ignite and they thrive.
Who are your ideal customers?
Every human being who believes they can be, do and have more in life and are ready to create it and then live with no apologies. Stepmoms also are very dear to my heart.
Can you describe/outline your typical day?
I wake up in the morning, meditate, praise, exercise and visualise my day and my goals, (this is called my power hour), then I have a shower and get ready to show the world my brilliance and greatness, I drop my kids at school and go into the office and attend to clients who need my service, I then attend to other official duties, sometimes I have lunch with clients or friends, I have several mentees and clients and I schedule them during the day, I give myself rest in between my day by meditating and studying. I head back home, spend time with the kids, attend the classes I teach, then put my kids to bed, and spend time with my husband. I then take off my superwoman cape and meditate and end my day very positively and sleep listening to soft music or meditation audio.
How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
I have learnt how to do what is important and urgent most times, I also have learnt I can not be great at everything at the same time, so when I am at work, I am a worker/leader/follower/boss when I am home, I am a mom and wife. I have learnt how to schedule time for all the things that matter to me.
What motivates you?
Service to humanity, seeing people who live a life of meaning and purpose, fun, seeing people gain clarity where there was once darkness. Seeing smiles on people’s faces having gotten answers to their questions or being released from trauma or limiting beliefs.
What is your greatest fear?
I do not believe having fears is negative, I believe we all need an amount of fear otherwise, we will be walking off cliffs, and burning ourselves, I believe also fear is my friend, it tells me I need to get more competent with what the fear has shown up for. For me courage is not devoid of fear, it is going through things despite fear, so I use fear or the feeling of it to propel me to go through with the things I believe I must do.
How do you define success?
How great I feel daily, the smiles I get from the people I have worked with. Living a life of meaning and purpose and getting paid for it. Freedom to do what I want, with whom I want, when and how I want and when I want to do it also.
What is your favourite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
I get to choose the life of my dreams and live it, I am free to also live it after creating it.
If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I will have a clear goal as to what I want and see the complete picture, then I will burn the boats, for there will be no going back at all. I will win or I will win.
What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Clarity, Persistence, Leadership, Compassion/Empathy.
Who has been your greatest inspiration?
God, Tunde and Bimbo Oloyede, Vishen Lakhiani, Marissa Peer, Lisa Nichols, Joe Dispenza, Bob Proctor, and the list goes on, to be honest, I have been inspired by different people in the cause of my life.
What advice would you give to people who want to become entrepreneurs?
Have a real reason why, you are choosing to become an entrepreneur, Be ready to burn the candles. Have clear goals, put strategies in place to achieve them, and have micro and macro goals, so you do not burn out only chasing big goals, for the smaller goals give you reasons to celebrate, and what you celebrate, you repeat. be consistent, build a solid brand with integrity, create, do not compete, collaborate with others who can help you achieve your goals, continue learning and growing, focus on your strengths and leave your weaknesses to others who find pleasure in doing the things you are weak at. Rest, give yourself blocks during the day to rest and breathe, love what you do, give more value than you promise, and always be ready to serve. Do not be afraid to fail, the more you do, the more you learn and the better you become for it. Teach and grow others, and allow them to fail too, for they learn from it.
What business-related book has inspired you the most?
My favourite book is “Think and grow rich”.
If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?
