Everyone loves to be entertained, and with the free time  during the isolation, people began to explore Netflix series.

However, some complain about not finding interesting stuff to watch. Worry no more, whether you only have time on the weekends or you’re still free all week, these series are sure to keep you glued to your screens.

1. THE WITCHER

The Witcher is a Polish-American fantasy drama series produced by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich. It is based on the book series of the same name by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski.

Set on a fictional, medieval-inspired landmass known as “the Continent”, The Witcher explores the legend of Geralt of Rivia and princess Ciri, who are linked by destiny to each other. It stars Henry Cavill, Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra.

The show initially follows the three main protagonists at different points of time, exploring formative events that shaped their characters, before eventually merging into a single timeline.

2. MONEY HEIST

Money Heist aka La casa de papel, “The House of Paper” is a Spanish heist crime drama television series created by Álex Pina. The series traces two long-prepared heists led by the Professor (Álvaro Morte), one on the Royal Mint of Spain, and one on the Bank of Spain.

3. SEX EDUCATION

Sex Education is a British comedy-drama web television series created by Laurie Nunn. Starring Asa Butterfield as an insecure teenager and Gillian Anderson as his mother, a sex therapist, the series premiered on 11 January 2019 on Netflix.

The  series follows the story of Otis Milburn, an insecure teenager who is ambivalent about sex because, his mother is a sex therapist.

After inadvertently assisting the school bully with his sexual performance anxiety, Otis sets up a sex advice business with his friend Maeve.

4­. ELITE

Elite is a Spanish thriller teen drama web television series created for Netflix by Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona.

Set in Las Encinas, a fictional elite secondary school, it revolves around the relationships between three working-class teenage students enrolled  through a scholarship, and their wealthy classmates.

5. NEVER HAVE I EVER

Although it is relatively new, the series has received a lot of positive reviews.

Never Have I Ever is an American coming of age comedy-drama television series starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher.

The comedy is partially based on Kaling’s real childhood story, growing up in the Boston area. It premiered on Netflix on April 27, 2020.

It is about an Indian American high school student dealing with the death of her father among other pressures.
