I’m generally an everyday girl. I don’t restrict myself to a kinda look. Although I never fail to match up an occasion. Asides that I’m a busy every day ‘looker’ girl.
# PERSONAL BEAUTY TIPS....
I’m no beauty expert but I know a few things that has worked for me.
2. Drink lots of water
3. Rest well
4. Use sunscreen…lol
5. And dance
Generally, just be a happy child, like me.
# WHAT I DO FOR INNER HEALTH......
I’d say yoga; as much as it helps physically it has its advantage mentally also. It gives inner peace and aids rest.
Also, music oh how I can’t live a day without music. It is my go to channel when I need sanity.
# FAVOURITE SCENT AND WHY.......
Amouage Interlude because it helps create a statement wherever I go. Plus, people tend to want to hug me cause of my scent…lol
My Profession makes me always active, so I exercise every time, asides that I try to visit the gym 2 times in a week. I also have an app on my phone that helps track my steps as I aim to walk at least 6000 steps a day.
# FOOD AND DAILY ESSENTIALS......
I tend to eat healthy this days, my favourite is chicken with mayo gravy. And I can’t go a day without freshly made coconut milk, it helps my skin’s elasticity and glow.
# HAIR CARE SECRET AND PRODUCTS.....
One can never go wrong with drinking lots of water; it helps in every area of the body including the hair.
I am a proud “naturalista” and my regime is simple, I wash once in 2 weeks and moisturize with leave-in conditioner and coconut oil. I avoid tight braids so my edges don’t fall out.
And my two favourite hair products are Cantu range of products and WE naturals.
