  • Get properly hydrated and get more sleep

Possible causes of the puffiness around the eyes are dehydration and lack of proper sleep. Hence, they should be the first set of things to be corrected. Drink more water and ensure you are properly hydrated every single time. Also get at least eight hours of night sleep and take naps when you can. It also helps to avoid computers and phone screens as well.

 

  • Egg whites

An unconventional way to get rid of the bags underneath the eyes, is to make use of egg whites. To achieve this, beat egg whites and apply it around your eyes. If possible, use a brush to apply it and then have it on for 20 minutes. Afterwards you can rinse with cold water. This would get rid of the puffiness in no time.

If you want it cold, put the tea bags in the freezer for a while then place them on the eyelids for a few minutes. However, for better results, soak the teabags in warm water for five minutes and place them on the eyelids. Cover for 45 minutes and remove. Depending on the kind of tea bags used, caffeine can reduce swelling while green tea bags would rejuvenate the skin around your eyes and also decrease swelling.

This is a very common method of removing eye bags and it is a top choice for spas. Cut cucumber into thin slices and refrigerate for a while, then place the slices of freshly refrigerated cucumber on your eyes for 25 minutes. It is best to be relaxed the whole time.

 

  • Use Coconut Oil

Another really easy way to get rid of the puffiness around or under your eyes is to use coconut oil. All you have to do is gently massage the oil under your eyes before going to bed and let it stay on overnight. Coconut oil possess anti-inflammatory properties that are fabulous for the skin and would have your eyes relaxed in no time.
