Street fashion is considered to have emerged not from studios, but from
the grassroots streetwear. Street fashion is generally associated with youth culture and is most often seen in major urban centres. The Blvckish fest, of course, was one place to find such culture, being a hangout highly dominated by youth.
This is to say that fashion exists outside the runways and studios people
limit to. I guess it is safe to say that the street is also a runway. Lol.
