Make good feeling a priority, intentionally.
I used to wonder how this is possible especially in seasons when one is going through the not so exciting life experience, but I soon realised that because the law of attraction is always in play, like attracts like whether I wanted it or not.
I decided to be intentional about how I feel regardless of the physical evidence I see.
Good feeling thoughts lead to inspired action which leads to the results wanted. It takes time but it’s doable.
