When you talk about acceptance of beard at the “work place”, you should know that it is relative. What is acceptable in this workplace, might not necessarily be the same in another setting.
Take for instance, a media setting vs banking sector. If you walk into a banking hall, straight to the counter and then you see this fully bearded banker, what comes to mind? If you ask me, I need to see the manager….why would such an unserious person be in the setting. But I walk into a tv/radio station, you’re a bearded guy, very cool….!
Before considering keeping beards, study your work environment.
