Lagos, Nigeria | 3 November 2026

The 18th Global ELOY Conference is set to hold on 27 November 2026, bringing together women, business leaders, entrepreneurs and industry professionals to explore the role of visibility in advancing women’s empowerment.

With the theme, “The Power of Being Seen: Visibility as a Global Tool for Women’s Empowerment,” this year’s conference will examine how visibility can help women gain recognition, access opportunities, build influential networks and strengthen their personal and professional positioning.

Organised by Exquisite Magazine and the Exquisite Ladies of the Year (ELOY) Awards, the conference will feature conversations and engagements centred on women’s advancement, leadership, entrepreneurship and the importance of creating platforms where women’s contributions can be recognised.

The conference will also spotlight the ELOY x SARA 600 initiative, which aims to provide 600 women with opportunities for greater visibility, stronger financial positioning and business development.

Speaking on the significance of this year’s theme, Dr Tewa Onasanya, Founder of Exquisite Magazine and the ELOY Awards, continues to champion the importance of creating opportunities that allow women to be seen, heard and recognised for their contributions.

The 18th Global ELOY Conference promises to be an engaging platform for meaningful connections, knowledge exchange and conversations about the future of women’s empowerment.
