As we step into November, I am reflecting on an important principle: growth requires more than desire. It requires a willingness to think, act and position yourself differently.
You cannot expect next-level results while continuously making decisions from the mindset that kept you at your previous level.
Sometimes, your next level requires you to:
– Think beyond your current circumstances.
– Stop negotiating with your potential.
– Become more intentional about the rooms you enter.
– Make your work and contributions visible.
– Build relationships that create meaningful opportunities.
– Have the courage to occupy spaces you once thought were beyond your reach.
This is particularly relevant as we prepare for the 18th Global ELOY Conference and Awards, themed:

Since founding Exquisite Magazine in 2003 and the ELOY Awards Foundation, I have remained passionate about creating platforms that enable women to be seen, heard, celebrated and positioned for greater opportunities.
Visibility is not vanity. It is positioning.
When women are visible, their work can reach new audiences, their expertise can attract opportunities, their voices can influence conversations and their businesses can access new markets.
But women must also give themselves permission to step forward, own their achievements and occupy the spaces they deserve.
As a Mindset Stylist, I believe that the way we think influences the way we show up. And the way we show up can influence the opportunities we create and receive.
So, this November, I invite you to embrace NEXT LEVEL NOVEMBER.
Think Bigger. Expect More. Become More.
