Meet Iretioluwa, popularly known as talksexwithireti, a passionate intimacy and sexuality coach dedicated to empowering couples and individuals with comprehensive sex education. With a focus on promoting healthy relationships, intimacy, and overall well-being, Iretioluwa hosts workshops, events, writes fun sexual contents, including an annual sex-Ed event globally. Through her work, she aims to foster open conversations, deeper
connections, and more fulfilling sexual experiences for partners.

1. I am inspired by Thriving relationships, the transformation I see in my clients witnessing people break free from shame to improve their relationships and embrace pleasure.
2. I am also inspired by my own personal experiences of how powerful it is to embrace sexuality and intimacy with confidence.
3. I am also inspired to change the narrative by creating a safe space for open and empowering conversations on sex.
4. For self care; I exercise, I go on solo- vacations to retreat, I love to do a lot of fine-dining with friends and family
Maryjane Unanka’s bio
Maryjane is the Founder of Maryjane Sustainable Development Initiative (MSDI). As a dedicated advocate for change, Maryjane’s vision extends beyond immediate relief; she is committed to the long-term empowerment and upliftment of children in need. Her initiatives are designed to provide sustainable solutions that address the core issues affecting these young lives. Through the Maryjane Sustainable Development Initiative (MSDI), she has established a platform that not only supports the growth of these children but also inspires and mobilizes others to join the cause.
Under her leadership, the MSDI has become a light of hope, encouraging children to develop and achieve their ambitions. Her approach is holistic, taking into account all aspects of a child’s well-being, including education, health, emotional support, and skill development. Maryjane is a graduate of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance
(SPPG) class of 2024 where she earned a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP). Maryjane has continued to make notable contributions in her immediate environment.

2. Self-care for me includes spending quality time reflecting, reading, and engaging in activities that bring me peace. I also prioritize spiritual nourishment through prayer as it keeps me grounded. Additionally, I enjoy moments of relaxation, whether it’s listening to music, engaging in meaningful conversations, or taking time off to recharge.
