This year’s season comes with a special twist, as auditions from last year would be aired. Finally, talent shows are back again as the premiere of The Nigerian Idol Season 6 launches its premiere on Sunday.
One of the best reality TV shows in Nigeria, The Nigerian Idol, would have the premiere of its 6th season on March 14 from 6 pm on DSTV Channel 198 and GOTV channel 29.
The premiere would kick off with a special airing of all the auditions that took place late last year.

Viewers also have the opportunity to be “judges” by rating their performance of the contestants on the Nigerian Idol Website. In addition, they can also find out who made it to the judges’ list on March 28th, when the main show airs.
The Nigerian Idol Season 6 would be hosted this year by media personality, IK Osakioduwa while popular singer, Seyi Shay, DJ Sose and music executive producer, Obi Asika, would be the judges for this season.
