According to statistics, most businesses are not sustained because people are not equipped with the entrepreneurial training, funding, mentors they need to run a thriving business.
And those that do have access to capacity building and funds are not able to sustain their businesses due to lack of accountability amongst others.
The ELOYS Awards Foundation is all about empowering women in business to do better and to yield better results!
In the last year we’ve been able to sponsor some women in MSMEs, who had access to entrepreneurial training for 6 months.
For the next cohort, 500 women in MSMEs will be a part of the ELOY Foundation Business Shower, out of which 50 will be selected to be part of the ELOY Awards Foundation Sustainable Empowerment Program (SEP) 2022.
The ELOY Awards Foundation business shower brought to you by FirstBank is being organised in 5 states.
This is to give an opportunity to new and seasoned business owners to have free access to training and information that will help them in their business ventures.

Instead of you bringing gifts to the business shower, you will receive support and assistance through our foundation’s work on development assistance which include affordable finance and grants and entrepreneurial training.
You will also be on the ELOY Awards Foundation database and will be given monthly information to help your businesses survive.
After the 3 months of being on the ELOY Foundation Sustainable Empowerment Program, 10 women will be awarded grants to build their businesses.
