What does your business do and how it started?
I am into quality Nightwear, Lingeries, underwear, lounge wears, undies and Croc. I started last year in February 2022.
How do you solve your customer’s challenge?
I am always very tense when it comes to any issue whatsoever about my customer, I don’t like hearing complaints like it wasn’t my size, it was too tight, or it wasn’t the design I wanted.
It rarely happens but then mistakes will always happen, I try to always make them smile at the end cause I won’t want to lose my customers especially when it can be a cause of interstate waybill and all but God has been helping out with peace of mind. Trust me I laid them all on his hands.
How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Well, it has been in a positive way, I have supported my family in the little way I could.
I have gotten loads of encouragement that have been keeping me going, even patronage too from my loved ones and it has been amazing.
They are happy I am doing something and I have a business too.
What motivates you?
Have been motivated by a lot of entrepreneurs I have seen made it big in this same business.
I have been encouraged to keep going, and have been encouraged to be independent and one day I’ll get there definitely I’ll be heard by the whole world by God’s Grace.
What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear has always been not satisfying my customers, cause if I disappoint them they wouldn’t want to come back and I try to avoid that as much as I can.
How do you define success?
My definition of success is achieving personal goals, the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.
What is your favourite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
Pleasing people has to be it, the fact that I can make them smile by just giving them what they want means a lot to me it’s a big deal.
If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I wish I started the business in my early days in school, but it doesn’t matter now, and I am still trying my very best.
What would you say are the top skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Patience and care.
Who has been your greatest inspiration?
My inspiration has to be my mum and one of my big-time vendors.
What advice would you give to people who want to become entrepreneurs?
