Who says I can’t have fine hair, simply because it is relaxed? A lot of publicity on how to nurture natural(unrelaxed) hair. It’s almost seeming like the relaxed hair gang is being neglected. If you’re not keeping natural hair, not too worry, I’m with you on this one. Here are few tips on how to take good care of your relaxed hair.
1)
Part your hair into four sections and comb out every night, just to remove dead hair.
2)
After portioning your hair into four sections and combing each section out, coat the hair and scalp with a light oil or cream moisturizer. Combine the four parts of your hair and comb the oil or the moisturizer through thoroughly.
3)
Massage your scalp every night, with your finger tips. It stimulates your scalp. Please ensure not to apply any oil or hair cream while massaging.
4)
Reduce the use of damaging heat from hair, for instance, blow dryers, hair straightener, etc. Such things shouldn’t be used on your hair daily. Use them sparingly throughout the month if you must.
5)
Eat a well-balanced meal daily to ensure that you get essential vitamins and minerals. You should also take multivitamin on a daily basis, to help you stay healthy. Consider multivitamins with biotin, the B vitamins, vitamin C, copper and other hair-growth-promoting vitamins and minerals.
With these tips, be sure to be on your journey to a healthy and long relaxed hair….
