1. GROOMING REGIMEN- GROOMING IS IMPORTANT SO I HAVE MY SMALL ROUTINE WHICH INCLUDES TAKING AT LEAST TWO SHOWERS A DAY DEPENDING ON HOW HOT THE WEATHER IS, BRUSHING IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE I GO TO BED, THEN FLOSS AFTER EVERY MEAL OR AT LEAST BEFORE I ALSO GO TO BED.
2. LOOKS- I LIKE COLOUR BUT I ALSO LIKE TO MAKE A STATEMENT SO I GO FOR SIMPLE AND CLASSY YET OUTSTANDING PIECES.
3. PERSONAL BEAUTY TIPS- I DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS I CAN, TAKE OFF MY MAKE-UP BEFORE I SLEEP, TRY TO GET AT LEAST 7 HOURS OF SLEEP.
4. FAVOURITE SCENT – MY FAVORITE SCENT IS TOM FORD WHITE PATCHOULI, BECAUSE I LOVE ANYTHING THAT HAS PATCHOULI IN IT. IT’S MY FAVORITE AROMATIC OIL.
5. WHAT YOU DO FOR INNER HEALTH- I DRINK LOTS OF WATER, DRINK LOTS OF SMOOTHIES AS WELL; I HAVE AT LEAST A PINEAPPLE GINGER SMOOTHIE 4 TIMES A WEEK. GINGER & GARLIC ARE GOOD FOR HEALTHY LIVING.
6. FITNESS- I RUN AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK, THEN ALSO LIKE TO DANCE WHICH I DO ON WEEKENDS SO THAT HELPS ME STAY ACTIVE .
7. FOOD & DAILY ESSENTIALS- FOR BREAKFAST, I HAVE SOYA MILK AND GOLDEN MORN. FOR LUNCH, COUPS COUPS JOLLOF & CHICKEN OR FISH, DINNER IS USUALLY WHEAT & OKRA. I TRY TO MAKE SALADS WHEN I CAN. MY FAVORITE IS THE AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD. MY DAILY ESSENTIALS ARE TO MAKE SURE I USE MOISTURIZER WITH SUNSCREEN BEFORE I LEAVE THE HOUSE AND DRINK AT LEAST 2 BOTTLES OF WATER A DAY.
8. HAIR CARE SECRET AND PRODUCTS – 2 TYPE OF OILS -ARGAN OIL & COCONUT OIL. THESE OILS ARE VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AS I DON’T LIKE A LOT OF GREASE BUT THEY WORK WONDERS AS THEY HELP WITH DENSITY & GROWTH.
