There’s a saying to never mix family and business, and it’s facts… except if it’s for TV.

Abby Ajayi, writer for How to Get Away With Murder, is bringing to Prime Video, a new drama series Riches which is a drama about family and the beauty and hair wealth gap.

The drama series Riches explores a power struggles within both the UK-based Richards family and their super-successful cosmetics empire after the unexpected death of the company’s patriarch and CEO, Stephan Richards.

Similar to the patterns employed by other well-performing dramas of recent years, there’s an element of cataclysm in Riches (Stephen’s death) that sends the family into disarray; factions form, tensions rise, and the future of the company, and the family, are on the line.

The high-stakes family drama stars Deborah Ayorinde as Nina Richards, Hugh Quarshie as Stephen Richards, Sarah Niles as Claudia Richards, Brendan Coyle as Gideon Havelock, Hermione Norris as Maureen Dawson, Adeyinka Akinrinade as Alesha Richards, Ola Orebiyi, and C.J. Beckford as Andre Scott-Clarke.

What’s more? There’s no need to wait a week for the release of one episode of Riches.

All six episodes of the limited series are available to stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video right now.
