Warm baths are ideal for relaxing and releasing the tension of the day. They deliver a great abundance of health and skin benefits. It alleviates muscle pains from exercising and helps detoxify the skin. Plus its a great way to self-care. You know I’m a big fan of self-care. For starters you have to set the ambiance by playing soft music, lighting scented candles and adding rose petals to your bathtub of warm water. Also, remember to turn your phones off.
Here are 10 easy tips to have a relaxed bath:
Place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest.
Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose.
Feel your stomach expand while your chest stays still.
Hold the breath for several seconds.
Exhale slowly and forcefully through your mouth.
