Ashley Graham has always been about shaking up beauty standards – whether it’s on the runway, with her makeup, or through her collaborations. In her latest campaign for her collection with the brand…..Swimsuits for All, she’s turning the tables on paparazzi photos. While some celebrities may fear the unedited, candid eye of the pap shot, Ashley is celebrating it….even choosing to use them as the images for the new range.
The brand wrote on Instagram: “Looking at the #unretouched photos from our #Summer2018 shoot with @theashleygraham, we thought “why not use these as the campaign images?” Like Ashley says, “Being authentic is beautiful. I have nothing to hide when it comes to my body.””
Ashley echoed the sentiments, writing, “Introducing my latest @swimsuitsforall collection! We decided to use unedited paparazzi shots as the campaign images. Reminder: being authentic is beautiful.”
The praise came flooding in, with many loving her strong stance on body positivity……So refereshing.
The last time Ashley hit the headlines, she recruited her mum, Linda Graham, to appear alongside her.
Two generations of Graham women starred in the ad spot, titled “Power of the Journey.” The duo traveled to Morocco to pose in colorful swimsuits and patterned cover-ups and, from the looks of it, have the time of their lives as well. The result is a body-positive, age-inclusive campaign to celebrate Graham’s fifth collection for the swimwear brand.
