The journey into leadership is rarely defined by experience alone. In many workplaces today, women are expected to balance competence with confidence, professionalism with resilience, and ambition with adaptability. As industries continue to evolve, the need for intentional leadership development has become more important than ever.
This is the focus of the Inside Out leadership programme organised by the WILAN Women’s Leadership Institute, an eight-week hybrid accelerator designed for mid-career women preparing for greater leadership opportunities.
Scheduled to begin on 13 June 2026, the programme is structured to help women strengthen critical professional skills while preparing for long-term career growth. Through a combination of virtual and physical learning sessions, participants will engage in four major modules: Value and Negotiation, Confidence, Winning Mindset, and Career Navigation.
The programme is designed to address challenges many women encounter as they move into more visible leadership positions. From learning how to communicate effectively and negotiate confidently to developing stronger decision-making abilities and career strategies, the accelerator focuses on equipping participants with practical tools for professional advancement.
One of the highlights of the programme is the “Winning Mindset” session, which will be facilitated by Tewa Onasanya. Known for her work in media, women’s empowerment, and leadership advocacy, her participation adds further depth to the programme’s emphasis on confidence and personal development.
Beyond the learning sessions, participants will also receive coaching support, learning materials, certification, and access to the WILAN alumni network. These additional resources are expected to provide continued mentorship and professional connection even after the programme ends.
Registration for the programme is currently open. Early bird registration is set at ₦200,000 until 29 May, while regular registration will run from 30 May to 5 June at ₦250,000.
