The Artwork that were featured in the exhibition delves into how truth about the feminine has been transformed, altered and hidden throughout time, in her works Osakwe challenges perceptions by reforming the feminine image and presenting her in her original state of being instead of the self that has been altered. Osakwe’s process serves as a form of storytelling as it explores dipping, folding and painting over as methods through which the truths about the feminine have been concealed.
