The event is designed to help build business linkages and improve networking, in addition to raising awareness/amplifying women’s voices, towards expanding their economic, and learning opportunities, and to broaden their views and aspirations. Our annual Female Leaders & Entrepreneurs’ Conference (FLEC2024) will celebrate the International Women’s Day, and its narrative to #inspireinclusion.
FLEC2024 will therefore focus on the theme “Leveraging the power of strategic partnerships and collaborations to reimagine possibilities”.
The overarching theme of the conference focuses broadly on Gender Development and Innovation with emphasis on: “Toolkits to Innovate, Survive, and Sustain” in the post – pandemic recovery phase. This global edition of FLEC is designed to showcase Female Leaders, and the sharpest minds in business, and across various fields.
The program will explore the impact of Women on the World by drawing on Case Studies of sustainable solutions, and best practices led/developed/owned by Women, including Compelling Success Stories from around the globe, with regards to progress being made by Women across the Spheres of Government, and Policy, Business, Technology and within
