Not everyone might know how to walk well in heels and it can be very uncomfortable. Here are some tips on how to walk comfortably in heels.
1. Walk from heel to Toe: You need to walk in heels by putting your heel on the ground first before putting your toes down.
2. Practice: Wear heels around your house to practice before wearing it out.
3. Imagine walking on a straight line: walk as if you are walking on a straight line
4. Wear the right size of shoe: get your size right and wear your shoe size.
5. Don’t walk to fast: pace yourself and don’t rush while walking.
6. Watch your steps: be mindful of your steps and the ground you are walking on.
7. Walk with a Good Posture: Stand upright, don’t walk in a slouchy manner, etc.
8. Wear a shoe that fits well: don’t wear a shoe that is too tight or too loose.
9. For those who are just starting to walk in heels: you can start by wearing block heels and gradually to other type of heels. Or you can start with smaller heels then gradually to higher heels.
