Sonia Ighalo, wife to Nigerian Man United Player, Odion Ighalo has taken to social media to dismiss claims that her house was under attack.
She made the announcement on Instagram via her Instastory.
These claims stemmed from a Twitter user, who alleged that hoodlums had broken into and attacked their home in Lagos state.
With the current turn of events triggered by the Lekki tollgate massacre on October 20, thugs have taken to the street looting and mobbing some strategic places like TV stations, the Oba of Lagos’ palace, stores among others.
Sonia advised members of the public to desist from sharing fake news during this critical period that the nation is in.
