Charles Spencer, Princess Diana’s Brother & Prince Harry’s uncle, has offered his condolences to his nephew and Meghan Markle on the loss of their second child after Meghan revealed she suffered a miscarriage.
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, who shared in the New York Times today that she suffered a miscarriage in July has received a condolence message from Prince Harry’s Uncle (Princess Diana’s Brother).
Meghan Markle’s miscarriage reportedly came while changing her son’s diaper, then she felt a sharp cramp and fell to the ground.
According to her,
“I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second,”
Writing on the “unbearable grief” of miscarrying a child, Markle said it was a conversation that remained “taboo, riddled with (unwarranted) shame, and perpetuating a cycle of solitary mourning.”
Coincidentally, Prince Harry’s mother, Late Princess Diana, whose treatment by the royals is shown in the fourth season of Netflix’s hugely popular “The Crown”, also reportedly suffered a miscarriage in 1983 at Balmoral.
