Faith Uche Stevens, widely known as DJ Electra, is set to make history with the launch of her Charity Organizational shop at Shop C255, Ikota Shopping Complex, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos state. The highly anticipated launch will take place from March 26th to 30th, 2024.
DJ Electra’s Charity Organizational shop is a pioneering concept, being the first no-price tag Charity shop not only in Nigeria but also in Africa, and possibly the world. The shop would operate solely on voluntary donations, where individuals can contribute items or make cash donations to Electra Music Empire Limited.
Driven by her passion for making a positive impact, DJ Electra founded the DJ Electra Charity Organization, dedicated to various charitable endeavours such as Epilepsy awareness, Humanitarian support, Skill acquisition, music and more. The launch of her Charity Organizational shop aims to raise funds specifically for individuals with epilepsy and autism. As part of her commitment, DJ Electra also welcomes donations of Physical items such as a 1T4 bus/van, 1 small vehicle, a DJ controller and more. The ultimate goal of Dj Electra Charity Organization is to establish a Neurological Center where individuals struggling with epilepsy can undergo EEG tests and identify their epileptic triggers.
DJ Electra, is also a trailblazer in her field and has achieved numerous milestones throughout her career. In 2022, she made history as the first female DJ to participate in and graduate from the prestigious Academy for Women’s Entrepreneurs (A.W.E). Her exceptional talent led to her being sponsored by Inside Out Media, owned by AWE 2022 Cohort Alumna Agatha Amata, for her first sound project in a London movie in January 2023.
With her musical prowess, DJ Electra has graced international stages, including three U.S. Consulate events, captivating audiences with her electrifying performances. Her newly released single “At Peace With Myself” has become a viral sensation with over 30,000 streams.
