Exquisite Magazine’s Wellness & Style Live Experience is bringing together a distinguished line-up of speakers for a day centred on wellness, personal growth and the realities of living well without burnout.
Taking place on Saturday, 12 September 2026, at Oriental Hotel, Lagos, this year’s experience carries the theme “Rest Is a Skill, Not a Reward: How to Live Well Without Burnout.”
The Wellness & Style Live Experience isn’t a typical wellness event. It’s a gathering of architects who have rebuilt their relationships with rest, reimagined their careers around wellbeing, and transformed their own exhaustion into wisdom. As a Mindset Stylist, she brings her understanding of how personal beliefs and perspectives can influence the way people approach their lives and ambitions. A seasoned health and wellness coach, leadership trainer and mindfulness expert, Priyanka has more than 16 years of teaching experience and over 10,000 hours of training delivery. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations develop healthier approaches to wellbeing and personal growth.
At WAS Live, she will bring her expertise to the wider conversation around rest, mindfulness and creating a more balanced approach to everyday life.
