It was an inspiring and intimate gathering of distinguished leaders, policymakers, and industry icons as Dr. Tewa Onasanya hosted the official launch of her books, Convince Yourself First and Rule Your Mind, alongside the unveiling of the Mindset Leadership Initiative.

Drawing a compelling analogy, she emphasised that just as individuals consciously select their clothing and accessories to present themselves well, they must also intentionally choose their thoughts, self-talk, and focus. “We must restyle our minds daily. The same way you pick what to wear to look good on the outside, you must pick your thoughts to feel good on the inside and from that place, take aligned action,” she stated.
The event also marked the official unveiling of the Mindset Leadership Initiative, a transformative platform designed to equip individuals with the tools to develop clarity, confidence, and intentional living through mindset mastery.
The Initiative is now open for registration and is expected to impact individuals across various sectors, empowering a new generation of self-aware, purpose-driven leaders.
In his remarks, Senator Mamora commended Dr. Onasanya for her continued commitment to empowering individuals and driving meaningful conversations around personal development and leadership.
With the successful launch, Dr. Onasanya is set to take her message global, as she prepares for an international tour aimed at expanding the reach of the Mindset Leadership Initiative and inspiring audiences worldwide to rule their minds.
