London-based actress and DJ, Dorcas Shola Fapson, is set to release a skincare line for black men and women, called “Black Skin Bible”.
On Black Skin Bible’s official website, the aim of the brand is “to nourish, replenish and hydrate melanin skin”, using natural ingredients to “restore and support strong and healthy natural skin.”
The announcement via her Instagram handle also doubles as her birthday post, as she throws in discounts on pre-ordered products!
In her post, she opens up about her struggle with depression and anxiety in 2015 resulting in skin breakouts, and her journey to getting her skin “looking right”.
She says,
