My name is Olumoh Habeeb. I am from Ilorin, Kwara State. I’m a lawyer and fashion designer.
HOW AND WHEN DID YOUR JOURNEY BEGIN?
The Bolaji Sparks brand is a Made in Nigeria brand that provides affordable luxury. We cater for both genders.
My journey as a fashion designer started in 2012 in my final year at the University of Ilorin. I started with making customized tees, and hoodies then subsequently moved into traditional wear, suits and shoes. It wasn’t an easy journey but it’s been worth it every step of the way.
WHAT’S YOUR SIGNATURE STYLE?
I don’t have any particular signature however, be rest assured you can easily identify a BS outfit when you see one. It has to be unique and the best in the room. I love complex and unique designs.
WHO ARE YOU IDEAL TARGET AUDIENCE
Everyone is our target. We have products for everyone.
WHAT’S BEEN YOUR BEST MOMENTS AS A DESIGNER?
My best moment would be when my clients are happy. However, 2019 when I styled lots of celebrities at once was a mind-blowing experience.
WHAT’S BEEN YOUR WORST MOMENTS AS A DESIGNER?
Every moment has been a great experience and pivotal to the growth of the brand. When we fail, we learn. We are driven by passion. So even during the downtimes, we are happy to learn and see it as part of the journey.

Start small. Grow with the job and be patient. Be consistent even when the tides are not in your favour. You will win in the end.
