My name is Engr / Mrs Adaeze Onah, and I am a passionate fashion and lifestyle creator, style enthusiast and entrepreneur. I have almost half a decade of experience in creating content and visibility for brands. As for my brand, I have established STYLETITUDE BY ADA as a safe and fun space for women. My mission is to inspire and empower young women through fashion and lifestyle content. I believe in the power of authenticity, where self-expression and personal style intersect. My goal is to create a platform that celebrates diversity, encourages creativity, and fosters meaningful connections. I strive to collaborate with like-minded brands and help them gain awareness and social media visibility by curating quality content and engaging storytelling. My commitment to bringing attention to details, the craftsmanship, and values behind every brand we work with has earned me a strong reputation in the industry both local and international, making me work with the likes of TECNO, MOET & CHANDON, MONTAIGNE PLACE, GTB, MEDPLUS, BOZ DIAMONDS, MOLPED ETC.

EM- TIPS ON HOW YOU STARTED?
Certainly! Here are some tips to help get started in a career as a fashion and lifestyle content creator;
1. Define Your Niche.
- Develop Your Unique Style.
- Build a Strong Online Presence.
- Collaborate and Network with other content creators, brands, and professionals in the industry. 5. Invest in Equipment and Skills.
- Create Compelling and Valuable Content.
- Be Consistent and Persistent.
- Collaborate with Brands that align with your values. Remember, starting as a content creator requires dedication, perseverance, and a genuine passion for your craft. Stay true to your vision, be open to learning, and enjoy the creative journey ahead.
EM- YOU ARE A FORCE TO RECKON WITH IN THE SOCIETY, HOW DID YOU GROW TO THIS LEVEL?
Dedication, continuous learning and growth, setting clear goals, consistency, embracing challenges, embodying integrity and lucky me I’m creative.
EM: HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?
Success can be defined in various ways, as it is subjective and varies from person to person but personally, success is Achievement of Goals, impact, Fulfillment and Happiness. Ultimately, success is a deeply personal and subjective concept. It is important to define success in a way that resonates with your aspirations, values, and circumstances. It’s worth noting that success is not a destination but rather a journey, and it can evolve and change over time as your aspirations and perspectives shift.
EM: IF YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO START YOUR CAREER OVER AGAIN, WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIFFERENTLY?
I want to say nothing because there’s nothing really I’d change but looking deeper I think SEEKING MENTORSHIP. If I’m starting over I’d seek mentorship on PERSONAL BRANDING from someone who can provide guidelines, limit my challenges and accelerate my growth.
EM- EVERY BUSINESS-MINDED SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAS A STORY, WHAT CHALLENGES DID YOU FACE?
Balancing work life. At first, it was a struggle balancing it with school then I moved on the balancing it with work and now I’m trying to balance it with launching a business and marriage.
EM- WHAT SETS YOU APART?
My originality, my style and how communicate brands to their target audience.
EM- YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION TO MANY, WHO/WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My yesterday self inspires me.
EM- IF YOU WERE TO WRITE A BOOK ABOUT YOURSELF WHAT WOULD BE THE TITLE?
Mmm, I’ve actually never thought about that but I’ll most likely be “THE GIRL ON THE TORTOISE PATH: A tale of slow growth and steady progress”. More options would be;
“Journey of a late bloomer.”
“Patience in Progress: Navigating the Path of Slow Growth”
“The Art of Gradual Bloom: Embracing Slow Growth for Personal Success”

EM- PLEASE KINDLY SHARE SOME OF YOUR SECRETS TO BECOMING SUCCESSFUL WITH EM.
Mmm, successful? I think I’m still on the road to success but my answer is God, He’s the reason behind the level of success I’ve attained. Also, consistency, determination, and mostly all the tips I mentioned in question 5.
EM- WHAT ADVICE WILL YOU GIVE TO YOUTHS WITH THE ZEAL TO GROW?
Put God first, focus on the goal, and always go back to the drawing board some adjustments are necessary, and consistency pays but know when something is not for you, work smart, not hard, and try to create multiple streams of income at least 3. I’ll leave it at that for now.
