Billionaire rapper, Kanye West, is looking to expand his Yeezy brand to cover cosmetics like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kanye West, recently filed for a “Yeezy” trademark to cover cosmetics products. They include makeup, false eyelashes, facial masks, nail polish, moisturizers, bath gels, body oils, hair care products and perfumes.

In addition, he also wants to cover some hygienic products like toothpaste, deodorant, scented pine cones and aromatherapy pillows.

Kanye West’s first attempt to venture into cosmetics was in 2017 when he filed documents to lock up the rights to DONDA brand cosmetics, named after his mother.

The business didn’t work then but now West is ready to expand his business. This could be because of increased capital and brand power after being named as a billionaire by Forbes this year.

His wife, Kim Kardashian owns the KKW Beauty line, while sister-in-law Kylie Jenner has the bigger and more popular brand, Kylie Cosmetics.
