As anticipation builds for the 17th Global ELOY Awards and Conference, themed “Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges,” the ELOY brand is proud to announce the lineup of speakers for Panel 2, titled “Scaling Women-Owned Businesses in Emerging Economies: How Entrepreneurship Development and Digital Innovation Are Shaping the Future.”
This session will spotlight dynamic women who are transforming Africa’s entrepreneurial landscape through innovation, financial inclusion, and technology-driven growth.
The Panel 2 discussion will feature leading voices driving women’s economic advancement:
- Ayodeji Olojede (Wema Bank)– A champion of financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment through innovative banking solutions.
- Tokunbo Chiedu– CEO of Compass Global, fostering enterprise development and cross-border business expansion for African women entrepreneurs.
- Chalya Shagaya– Senior Special Assistant, Entrepreneurship Development (CIDE) to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, advocating for national policies that support entrepreneurship.
- Solape Akinpelu (Founder, HerVest)– A visionary entrepreneur and digital strategist helping women leverage fintech and digital tools to scale their businesses.
The session will be moderated by Mounfiq Raiyan Abu, a Life Sync Expert, Author, Speaker, and Coach, who will lead conversations on how access to finance, digital innovation, and supportive ecosystems can accelerate the growth of women-led enterprises in emerging markets.
