Stepping into the Spa at the Four Season, Westcliff, Johannesburg is like stepping into your personal sanctuary.
You are given a very warm reception as you open the doors and greeted by this fabulous and inviting sofa where you sit and are immediately offered a cold or hot herbal beverage. I loved my hot herbal tea which had a mix of plum and strawberry in it.
I was then introduced to my space for the next few minutes. The sauna and steam room were both inviting, in the end I chose to go into the steam room first before my sessions. I was treated to a quick and relaxing foot scrub as the en entry, then we got into the main course of a 30 minute session of full body scrub and 40 minutes of full body massage.
Wow, I had a great time zoning off into a relaxed state and letting my body just be pampered, the soft spa music and candles were a great addition. My massage was with TD’A TERRES D’AFRIQUE a product of South Africa with a blend of ingredients that included coconut oil, by the time my therapist was done, I was smelling like a very great tasting desert, even I was tempted to bite my arm…
