Coffee Therapy : This Simple Trick Would Change Your Face Instantly

Anyone who knows me knows I am an unrepentant coffee junkie, I joke to
my friends that my longest and most successful relationship has been
with coffee as we are in sync in a way that defies all odds. So naturally everything that relates to coffee (including a possible coffee therapy tip) I am interested in.

The Coffee Treatment discovery

A few months ago I came across an article talking about a coffee therapy face mask and face scrub, I was skeptical because I never want to see good coffee go to waste and in my caffeine induced brain using your coffee for as a mask or a scrub is a downright sacrilege but I was intrigued, so I went on a fact finding mission (another thing about me, is I love to research, I research to the last detail). I started reading up on what all the rave was with this coffee therapy facial treatment, as it
involves a very important thing in my life plus I would try anything coffee related at least once.

After my extensive research, I decided to ask someone who understood and shared the same feelings about coffee as me and discuss my recent discovery of the coffee facial treatments. When
I met up with her to my surprise that was the first thing she told me about and proceeded to show me the amazing results she had gotten from the treatment, the greatest part though was it was a total DIY
treatment, I was sold.

I could hardly wait to get home to try it as I at that point was having mad breakouts and had to put layers of concealer on my face before applying makeup and this in turn was worsening my skin condition, but I
did not have a choice as I had to put my game face on to tackle my day.

The Coffee Therapy is actually quite simple

The coffee therapy face mask/scrub has just two simple ingredients, coffee and
coconut oil.

Imagine my joy as I all but ran to the first shop that stocks coffee beans, I got home in a super excited mood and got down to business, making the coffee mask which was super easy as all I had to do was:

1.       Get a dry bowl.

2.       Put 3/4 tablespoon of ground coffee beans.

3.       2/4 teaspoon of coconut oil (depending on how smooth you want
texture of scrub).

4.       Mix thoroughly until oil is well mixed.

5.       Apply on face and leave on for 10 minutes.

6.       Rinse with cool water.

The change was instant, my skin came out brighter and by morning of the next day, my acne had dried up and the black spots on my face had faded. I felt like a million bucks.

This just solidified my love for coffee. Coffee is the gift that keeps
on giving.
