Who said jewels were only for the weekend? Flashback about 10 years ago and not many people would be adorned in accessories on their way to the office but office wear has changed since then. It reflects our personality, even the concept of the suit has changed; its slimmer, cropped and a whole lot sexier. Even the pencil skirt has evolved and is made in a wider range of fabric, like the knit one I selected for today’s look. My main source of inspiration for this look was this jewelled headpiece; it’s a bold feminine statement but the black jewels just gives it an edge (which we absolutely love). The knit pencil skirt could not have been more perfect for this look, it has an understated sparkle to it which adds just enough glam. Since everything in this look was all sparkled out, I opted for a simple black tee to make the look more wearable. You can never go wrong with an ankle strap heel and to finish it off I added a beaded clutch purse. Hope you enjoy, have a fabulous week!
